Which products are eligible for return and exchange?
Our entire collection, including bras, loungewear, nightwear, sportswear, and athleisure wear, is eligible for return or exchange within 4 days of delivery. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties and masks.
What is the return/replacement policy, and how does it work?
You can return or replace any items purchased from Memi Fits within 4 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return or replacement, please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You may try on the item, but please handle it carefully to preserve its condition.
Once the product is picked up, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items can be exchanged for the same or different sizes of the same style, or you may choose another item of the same or different value.

What happens if the item I receive is wrong, damaged, or defective?
At Memi Fits, we take great care in ensuring the right products are delivered to our customers. All items are inspected and carefully packed before shipment.
However, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the problem quickly, kindly provide:
- A photo of the outer packaging (front and back) with the carrier label.
- Photos of all the products you received.
We will prioritize your issue and resolve it promptly.
Cancellations
What is Memi Fits’ cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order immediately if it has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellation requests once your order has been dispatched. However, you may refuse delivery when it arrives if you no longer wish to accept the order.

When will I receive my refund?
If the order was placed using a digital wallet balance (such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation.
Note: Orders purchased with cash on delivery are not refundable.
